The At Your Side program

is a collaboration of three agencies that serve to fill an unmet need for the residents in their locations.

	North Shore Elder Services, Inc. is a non-profit corporation serving as an Aging Service Access Point and an Area Agency on Aging that offers information, support, and solutions. Staff work closely with the Councils on Aging to meet the needs of the elders that they mutually serve. A dedicated team of specialists work to make life easier for elders and those who care for them. www.nselder.org
	The Independent Living Center of the North Shore and Cape Ann Inc. is a non-profit, consumer controlled agency that provides information, peer counseling, skills training and advocacy to persons of all ages with all types of disabilities. This agency adheres to the motto “Nothing about me without me” and are collectively erasing the cultural barriers that exclude individuals living with disabilities from full participation in life decisions and community life. www.ilcnsca.org
	SeniorCare, Inc. is a private nonprofit Aging Services Access Point and Area Agency on Aging that serves senior and disabled adults. Their mission is to provide and coordinate services to elders, enabling them to live independently at home and remain part of their community.
